Upon a booking enquiry, we ask that you have read through the T&Cs and if you agree, your booking will be confirmed.
Pricing Information -
Please refer to the pricing information section or alternatively contact us for a direct pricing quote.
Deposit/Payment Arrangement -
A booking will only be confirmed after a deposit is sent to us.
We require 50% of the booking charge to be sent as a deposit upon booking. For example, if your total is £200, we require £100 upfront to confirm your booking.
Lateness -
After 30 minutes has passed with no communication past our agreed time, we will cancel the booking and you will lose your deposit.
Cancellations -
If you need to cancel a booking for any reason, we ask that 72 hours (for portrait bookings) and 2 weeks (for events/wedding bookings) notice be given otherwise you will lose your deposit unless our contract says otherwise.
Refunds -
We will constantly show you how the photos are coming out during the shoot, if for any reason you are not happy with how the photos are turning out we ask that you let us know during the shoot so we can try to rectify the issue. If you are still unhappy, we can discuss a mutual agreement but we cannot under any circumstance refund the deposit or send you our work without the correct payment.
Sharing images -
We own the right to share images taken by us from your booking on social media/website content for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for them to be shared please contact us for this to be arranged.
